*Our refund policy is very simple*
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you’ll get your money back, no questions asked. All that we need is for you to send the purchase back (at your own cost) in their unused state.
The exact size , shape, name, variant and color are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product, so check images and read description before purchasing. Furthermore, the Quality Check team checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects. However, in case of any manufacturing defect, damaged item in transit or missing item in order, you can register a complaint with-in 48 hours by sending us an email at hello@artify.vip
To be eligible to for a replacement, you are required to record a video of opening the package to prove that you received an already defective product. Do share your order number along with unboxing video .
The team will respond to the complaint query within 2- 5 working days and get in touch with you.
If you are eligible for the refund or replacement, the team will communicate with you and take the needful steps.
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order id with the subject “wrong delivery status” to hello@artify.vip.
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team.
If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned, you can check your bank account again or contact the bank as the processing may take some time from their end. Or else, you can contact us at the hello@artify.vip.
The shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Exchanges:*
Exchanges are only accepted in the following circumstances:
1. *Different Size or Color:* If you receive an item and find that it doesn't fit or is not the color you expected, you may exchange it for the correct size or color, subject to availability.
2. *Damaged Product:* If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please ensure you document the damage by providing an unboxing video along with your exchange request.

2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, along with the reason for the exchange.
3. If applicable, attach the unboxing video showcasing the damage or discrepancy in size or color.
4. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your exchange based on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or issue a store credit.

1. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or issue a store credit.
3. Exchange requests must be made within 3 to 4 days days of receiving the order.
4. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
5. In case of damaged products, the exchange request must be accompanied by an unboxing video clearly demonstrating the damage.
